Atomic Energy Contral Act (Canada)
Nuclear energy hazards means radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of substances described in regulations made under the AECAC.
If You Or Other Insured Persons
are involved in an incident where the loss of damage is directly or indirectly caused by a nuclear hazard, the insurer will pay up to $200,000 if you or other insured persons are covered under this policy for a nuclear hazard and you and other insured persons are also insured under a nuclear hazard liabilty policy. The insurer will only pay after the limits of that policy have been paid out.
